Knit and Stretch

Some say “knitting is the new yoga.” Well, why not do both? Join Melissa, yoga and healing arts practitioner, for an evening of knitting and stretching! Learn some moves and stretches, right from your chair! Knit a bit, stretch a bit. It’s all happening Thursday, February 6th, 6-8pm at Top Drawer Yarn Studio. Wear something comfortable, bring your knitting or crochet (no other equipment necessary), and leave feeling refreshed.
